At 9:00 a.m., the “Experience Traditional Duanwu Customs” event officially kicked off at the Jucailang Pavilion on the scenic area’s threshing floor. A variety of traditional Duanwu‑related activities—such as colorful braided cords, realgar wine, and scented sachets—drew numerous visitors, who took part in the “Touhu” game to win silver tickets for additional experiences. Ms. Liu, from Zhengzhou, Henan, joined her daughter in the game and won three silver tickets, which she redeemed for a hands‑on workshop on weaving colorful braided cords.
