I. Introduction

To enhance the service quality of the official website and mini-program sections of Hongtong Dahuaishu Root-Seeking and Ancestral Worship Park Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Hongtong Dahuaishu Scenic Area”), strengthen consumer confidence, and uphold fair market competition, this Credit Evaluation System is hereby established in accordance with the E‑Commerce Law of the People’s Republic of China and relevant laws and regulations, taking into account the actual conditions of the scenic area.

II. Object of Evaluation

The subject matter protected by this system is authentic, objective consumer reviews, with the aim of safeguarding consumers’ rights to autonomy and to be informed. On the official website and mini-program of the Hongtong Dahuaishu Scenic Area, consumers may submit reviews of the goods or services they have purchased, covering aspects such as product quality, service attitude, and delivery speed, among others.

III. Evaluation Content

1. Review Types: After confirming receipt of the item, consumers may submit a review within the designated review period. Review types include “positive,” “neutral,” and “negative.”

2. Review formats: In addition to selecting a review type, consumers can also express their satisfaction with products or services through text, images, videos, and other formats.

3. Credit Scores: Different types of reviews correspond to distinct credit scores, each with clearly defined scoring criteria. Credit scores will serve as a key basis for the scenic area’s credit rating.

IV. Credit Rating Rules

1. Principle of Authenticity: Consumers shall ensure the authenticity of their reviews and shall not submit false reviews or engage in malicious order manipulation.

2. Principle of Fairness: Evaluations shall be fair and objective, and must not contain any false or misleading information.

3. Privacy Protection: During the review process, consumers’ personal information shall be strictly protected and may not be disclosed.

4. Handling Mechanism: For improper practices such as fake reviews and malicious order manipulation, the scenic area will impose penalties including warnings, point deductions, and removal of products from sale.

V. Obligations of the Scenic Area

1. Establish and improve a credit evaluation system: Develop and refine a robust credit evaluation framework to ensure the fairness and authenticity of assessments.

2. Handle reviews promptly: Respond to customer feedback in a timely manner, and for negative reviews, take proactive measures to address and improve.

3. Honest Business Practices: Comply with applicable laws and regulations, conduct business in good faith, and refrain from enhancing one’s reputation through fictitious transactions or the deletion of unfavorable reviews.

VI. Consumer Rights

1. Right to Review: Consumers have the right to review the goods or services they have purchased.

2. Right to Information: Consumers have the right to be informed about credit ratings and reviews.

3. Right to File a Complaint: Consumers have the right to lodge complaints with the scenic area regarding any improper conduct.

VII. Supervision and Penalties

1. Regulatory Mechanism: The scenic area will strengthen oversight of its e-commerce sector to ensure the smooth implementation of the credit rating system.

2. Penalties: For goods or services that violate the credit evaluation system, the scenic area will impose penalties in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to warnings, fines, and removal of the products from sale.

VIII. Supplementary Provisions

1. Interpretation: The interpretation of this policy shall be vested in the Hongtong Dahuaishu Scenic Area.

2. Effective Date: This policy shall take effect as of the date of its promulgation.

3. Revision and Repeal: The scenic area reserves the right to revise or repeal this regulation in accordance with actual circumstances.

Chapter I General Provisions

Article 1: In order to regulate the transaction activities conducted on the official website and mini-program e‑commerce platform of Hongtong Dahuaishu Ancestral Root‑Seeking and Ancestral Worship Park Co., Ltd., and to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of both parties to the transactions, these Rules are hereby formulated in accordance with relevant national laws and regulations as well as the company’s internal management provisions.

Article 2: These Rules apply to all ticket, product, and service purchase and sale transactions conducted on the official website and mini-program of Hongtong Dahuai Tree Ancestral Root-Seeking and Ancestral Worship Park Co., Ltd.

Chapter 2: Trading Parties

Article 3: The Seller is Hongtong Dahuaishu Root-Seeking and Ancestral Worship Park Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the “Hongtong Dahuaishu Scenic Area”), which shall be responsible for publicly listing ticket‑purchase options and merchandise on its official website and mini‑program.

Article 4: The Buyer shall mean any company or individual who places an order on the official website or mini-program and pays the full purchase price.

Chapter 3: Transaction Process

Article 5: Inquiry and Selection: The buyer may, on the official website and the mini-program, inquire about ticket, product, and service information according to their own needs and select the resources they prefer.

Article 6: Shopping Cart: The buyer may add the resources they intend to order to the shopping cart, which can hold one or multiple items. At this stage, the buyer may freely remove or add items as desired.

Article 7: Order Generation: After the buyer confirms the quantity and unit price of the resources in the shopping cart, an unpaid order is generated. Once the order is generated, it shall be deemed that the buyer agrees to pay the full purchase price as specified in the order.

Article 8: Payment: The buyer shall pay the full purchase price within the prescribed time frame following order creation, in accordance with the order’s terms. If payment is not made on time, the platform will automatically cancel the order. Upon successful payment, the platform will automatically issue the relevant invoice or arrange shipment as required, thereby giving rise to contractual effects.

Article 9: Shipping and Receipt: For tickets, the buyer shall enter the venue by scanning the QR code. For merchandise, upon payment, the seller shall arrange shipment within three business days and provide the courier tracking number for the buyer to track the delivery.

Chapter 4: Refunds and After-Sales Service

Article 10: Refunds: The buyer may submit a refund request prior to ticket verification and before the goods are dispatched. Upon verification, the seller shall process the refund. If shipment cannot be completed within the valid period due to reasons attributable to the seller or the warehouse, the refund may be deferred following mutual agreement between the buyer and the seller.

Article 11: After-Sales Service: In the event of product quality issues or shipping errors, the buyer may contact the seller for after-sales service upon receipt of the goods.

Chapter 5 Dispute Resolution and Liability for Breach of Contract

Article 12 Dispute Resolution: Any dispute arising out of these Rules shall be resolved through amicable consultation between the parties.

Article 13: Liability for Breach of Contract: Both parties shall conscientiously abide by and strictly perform all provisions of these Rules. If either party fails to fulfill its obligations under these Rules and thereby causes losses to the other party, it shall bear liability for breach of contract and compensate the other party for the corresponding losses.

Chapter Six: Force Majeure

Article 14: Force Majeure: In the event that performance of the contract is directly affected, or cannot be performed in accordance with the agreed terms, due to earthquakes, typhoons, floods, fires, wars, or other force majeure events that are unforeseeable and whose occurrence and consequences cannot be prevented or avoided, the party encountering such force majeure shall immediately notify the other party and, within fifteen days, provide detailed information about the force majeure event together with valid supporting documentation substantiating the reasons why the contract cannot be performed, can only be partially performed, or requires an extension of the performance period. Such supporting documentation shall be issued by a notary public in the area where the force majeure event occurred. Based on the extent to which the force majeure affects performance of the contract, the parties shall negotiate and determine whether to terminate the agreement, partially exempt themselves from liability under the agreement, or extend the performance period.

Chapter VII Supplementary Provisions

Article 15: Effective Date and Interpretation: These Rules shall take effect upon the Buyer’s payment. Hongtong Dahuaishu Scenic Area reserves the right of final interpretation of these Rules.

Article 16. Supplementary Agreement: For matters not covered in these Rules, the Parties may enter into a supplementary agreement upon mutual consultation. Upon its entry into force, such supplementary agreement shall constitute an inseparable part of these Rules.
