Chinese Surnames Garden
The Chinese Surname Park is primarily composed of the origins and evolutionary history of Chinese surnames, along with 11,969 surnames used by China’s 56 ethnic groups from ancient times to the present. It also features a rich tapestry of surname‑related cultural elements, including clan ancestral homes, family hall names, couplets, and family precepts, offering visitors a grand celebration of Chinese surname culture. The plaque above the main entrance bears the inscription “Chinese Surname Park,” calligraphed by the renowned master Wang Zhongxiao.
